Notes:

1. One regular registration covers a paper within a maximum eight pages, including all figures, tables, and references;

2. At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference;

3. Listeners can make the registration directly by sending e-mail to the conference secretary.

Payment Methods:

2. Bank Transfer (30USD Service Charge);

3. PayPal (30USD Service Charge);

* You could get the bank information and PayPal account from the conference secretary.

Payment Receipt:

1. After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;

2. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy:

1. All refunds/cancellations requests must be received before September 30, 2024. An administrative fee of about 30% fee from the paid amount will be deducted from each refund;

2. Authors who have requested for a refund after September 30, 2024 are NOT entitled to any refunds;

3. No shows will not be refunded;

4. Cancellations and refunds requests must be made formally via email;

*The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
